Yes. We specialize in creating fully personalized experiences. Whether it’s romantic, luxury, birthday, anniversary, or “just because,” we can tailor the décor to your vision.

Yes. We offer setups in:

• Hotel suites
• Airbnbs
• Private residences
• Event venues
  Please ensure we are added to your reservation if required by the hotel.

Most designs take 45–90 minutes, depending on complexity. Larger or premium setups may require additional time.

Not at all. Many clients prefer their décor to be a surprise. As long as we have access to the room, we handle the entire setup start to finish.

Yes. Once your order is placed, we will reach out by phone or email to confirm:

• Setup time
• Location access instructions

You can elevate your décor with:

• Fresh floral bouquets
• Marquee letters
• Balloon arrangements
• Luxury candles
• Champagne / Wine setup (non-alcoholic upon request)
• Gifts
• Photographer
• Floral heart arches

Decor such as balloons, led candles, rose petals, etc... are yours to save or dispose. Additional items like heart arches, live flame candles with stands, or any other rental add ons may stay in the room up til checkout time or until you’re done celebrating. Pickup can be arranged the same night or the next morning depending on hotel rules and scheduling. Additional fees may apply.

No. We offer light duty cleanup services that pertain to our decor services at an additional fee. We do not offer maid services or full room cleaning. 

Of course. We always strive to accommodate your preferred time; however, exact setup times cannot be guaranteed due to hotel access and scheduling.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled setup time. Deposits or 50% of paid in full amounts are non refundable. Within 48 hours, materials and preparation are already underway and may not be refundable.

Yes. Travel fees apply for surrounding cities such as Austin, Dallas, Houston, and more. Please contact us for pricing.
