All shipped bouquets are carefully packaged with protective materials and hydration to maintain freshness during transit. We prepare each bouquet as close as possible to shipping time.

Due to seasonal availability, certain shades may occasionally be limited. If substitutions are necessary, we will contact you immediately to provide options of equal or higher value.

With proper care, our premium roses typically last 5–7 days, sometimes longer. We include care instructions with every bouquet to help extend their beauty.

Because our bouquets are custom-made, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or shipment. A 50% portion of your order total is non-refundable. After the 48-hour window, materials and preparation are already underway.
